HERS is a one-stop shop for women's health and personal care providing medical grade solutions for skincare, birth control, and sexual health.

—Project

The project aimed to develop an understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business model. I adopted a business canvas model, competitor analysis, and target audience analysis techniques to identify brand positioning and initiate a Communication strategy plan for the product or service.
